According to BlockBeats, data analysis firm Messari recently released an in-depth report on Nervos CKB. The report highlights that in the competition of Bitcoin L2 solutions, CKB stands out with its native ability to extend Bitcoin without significantly increasing system complexity or sacrificing decentralization. This feature is expected to attract users who are reserved about solutions that deviate from the core concept of Bitcoin.
The report mentions that since the mainnet launch of the RGB++ protocol in April 2024, the number of projects issuing assets on Bitcoin based on this protocol has surged. Consequently, the on-chain transaction activity of Nervos CKB has also rapidly increased. The number of new addresses in April was close to 400,000, a month-on-month increase of 181%. The report also mentioned the potential of projects like UTXO Stack and CKB Lightning Network in enhancing Bitcoin's scalability.
It is reported that CKB will participate in the Bitcoin 2024 conference in July and hold offline meetings in various places in North America such as Austin, Nashville, and NYC to further expand the global market.
