According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, in Consensys' lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a Texas judge has approved Consensys' lawyers' request to speed up the decision on whether the U.S. SEC has the authority to regulate MetaMask, and a ruling is expected to be made by the end of the year/early 2025.
