Terraform Labs plans to sell Pulsar, Station and four other businesses

Terraform Labs (TFL) today announced a strategic sale process for its business, including its wholly owned subsidiary Proximity Panorama, LDA. TFL is actively selling its portfolio tracking platform Pulsar, crypto wallet platform Station, no-code DAO management platform Enterprise, and its smart contract automation protocol Warp. Terraform Labs said the sale was intended to "maximize value for creditors and other stakeholders" and was part of its "broader wind-down of the business in accordance with the terms of the settlement with the U.S. SEC."
