WOO X launches independent margin feature to enhance trading flexibility

WOO X launches the Independent Margin feature, a new feature that allows independent management of margin for individual perpetual contract positions, providing greater control and flexibility in trading strategies. This update makes it more flexible to open both cross-margin and independent margin positions on the same trading pair, provides customizable margin modes at the symbol level, and facilitates access to position and risk information. The Independent Margin feature limits risk to the margin allocated for a specific position, protecting account balances from potential forced liquidations. Starting July 14, traders can specify independent or cross-margin margin modes when placing perpetual orders, ensuring a smooth trading experience. API integration provides real-time margin mode and leverage information through REST and WebSocket API responses, improving transparency and operational efficiency.
