Argentina is gradually modernizing its legal framework to embrace new technologies and cryptocurrencies. Recently, the Argentine Ministry of Justice reported that a company has been registered using cryptocurrency funds, the first such event in the country, after Argentina enacted a regulation allowing companies to accept donations and start using cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
The company was founded with a capital of nearly $500, or 0.00457621 BTC, at a price of $302.5 on the day of registration, in addition to the price of USDC at $194.99.
It is reported that the above process is different from regular company registration. The cryptocurrency used for this process must be transferred to a custodial wallet of a nationally registered exchange such as Lemon and Ripio, and must be kept there. (Bitcoin.com)
