Three Arrows Capital liquidators call on the community to report the holdings of Su Zhu and Kyle Davies in order to seek a judicial freeze

The Three Arrows Capital liquidator account (@3ACLiquidation) posted on X that the liquidator had previously initiated proceedings against Su Zhu and Kyle Davies for improper trading in the 2022 fund bankruptcy. In December 2023, the British Virgin Islands Court (BVI) approved the liquidation of Su Zhu and Kyle Davies' assets worth more than US$1 billion and required Su Zhu and Kyle Davies to disclose all their assets, including crypto assets. The liquidators have obtained an order from the BVI allowing them to notify third parties that Su Zhu and Kyle Davies have declared that they hold no more than US$10,000 in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets. Therefore, anyone who knows that Su Zhu or Kyle Davies owns, controls or holds cryptocurrencies on behalf of others, whether directly or indirectly, can contact the liquidator through Telegram.
