Aligned Layer founder: Discussing with lawyers, trying to buy back project shares from some VCs

Federico Carrone, founder of Aligned Layer, wrote on X that many VCs are just chasing narratives, lacking a deep understanding of what the project does, and lacking a strong sense of the technical and business capabilities of the people behind the project. A few months ago, two large VCs questioned Aligned Layer. We have raised three rounds of funds in the past few months, two of which took only two weeks. Aligned Layer is now being audited by four companies in preparation for the launch of the mainnet. Federico added: "At the moment, I am discussing with lawyers whether it is possible to buy back the shares of VCs who want to exit. I don't know which VC wants to do this, but I want to give them a choice."
