Nigeria’s SEC Plans Enforcement Action Against Unlicensed Crypto Firms

The Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to take enforcement action against unregulated crypto companies. The Nigerian SEC wants to send a clear message to companies that do not operate in compliance with regulations that they will not be allowed to target the country's citizens, the agency's director general, Emomotimi Agama, said in a statement on Sunday.
