Nubila Network acquires weather equipment and data company BloomSky

Nubila Network, an ESG data solutions provider, announced the acquisition of BloomSky, an innovative meteorological equipment and data company. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Nubila's ability to build a comprehensive ESG data network to provide real-time, hyperlocal environmental data insights to various industries. To date, the network has accumulated more than 10,000 sky images from six continents, more than 100 countries, and more than 2,200 cities. BloomSky's hardware and software IoT technology will provide key support for Nubila's integrated decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN). (Decrypt)
