Economist: The Fed's drastic rate cut may just be the calm before the storm.

"I don't think this calm will last long," said Brian Jacobsen, chief economist at Annex Wealth Management, noting that the stock market reversal in the evening may indicate that the stock market is expected to be weak "unless we get some data that can give a clear sense of direction."
