Taiwan opens overseas digital asset ETF market to professional investors

Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has officially allowed professional investors to participate in “foreign virtual asset” ETFs. In a September 30 announcement, the FSC said the move was aimed at expanding “product selection” and “opening up investment channels for professional investors” to improve the competitiveness of Taiwan’s financial markets.
