Well-known NFT artist DeeKay posted on X: "I just became a victim of cybercrime. All my wallets have been stolen, and all the savings I earned as a Web3 artist are gone. This happened on my 14-hour flight from South Korea to New York. I didn't have access to the Internet during the flight. I don't know how this happened, but I guess the seed phrase was leaked. I have a handwritten seed phrase photo that was synced to Google Drive and hidden in a random folder, but no suspicious login activity was found. It may also be that the photo was physically exposed... I'm not sure why. I didn't download anything strange, at least never intentionally, and I haven't interacted with any suspicious people recently." DeeKay added: "The strange thing is that only my funds were taken away, and the NFTs were intact. I have started to transfer my valuable NFTs to a new address. I have nothing now, which may be the biggest challenge in my life. What I am most worried about is that all my family members depend on me financially, so I need to recover as soon as possible and continue to support them. Now, my brain is exhausted and I need to sleep first."
