Crypto KOL Ansem said in response to “Harris releases a commitment to protect Black cryptocurrency investments”, “It is embarrassing and frankly shameful that your team lacks due diligence on meaningful cryptocurrency regulation and releases some vague bullet points. If you are serious, you need to address the irreversible damage your managers have done to the industry, such as chokepoint 2.0 and criminal actions against crypto-friendly banks like Silvergate, repealing the SAB121 veto, the continued lack of meaningful regulation around stablecoins or crypto securities laws, and not taking any steps to remove Gensler because he was apparently too radical and negatively biased about crypto in the SEC lawsuit. We are not idiots, and this will not make any of us vote for you.”
