Deribit bulk options: A user bought BTC put options and call options worth $70,000 at the end of the year, totaling 100 BTC

Lin Chen, head of Asia-Pacific business at Deribit, said in a post on X that the largest BTC option transaction today was: a user bought a $70,000 put option and a call option at the end of the year, totaling 100 BTC, and paid $1.269 million. Analysis pointed out that the user probably believed that with the end of the election and the new leader taking office at the end of the year, the market may usher in a wave of large fluctuations. The current DVOL volatility index is 55.77, and it will continue to rise as the election approaches.
