Shiba may follow Musk's D.O.G.E. to establish the U.S. Innovation and Blockchain Strategic Center S.H.I.B.

Shiba proposed the establishment of the Strategic Hub for Innovation and Blockchain (S.H.I.B.) in a blog post, which seems to be emulating Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.). It is reported that the center will be established in a city in the United States and aims to become the "Silicon Valley of Cryptocurrency". It hopes to obtain a budget of about US$2.35 billion within five to ten years, and eventually build the United States into a global center for blockchain technology and sustainable development. Related initiatives include local universities and digital universities working together to develop professional degree courses in blockchain technology, stimulate economic growth, create high-quality jobs, strengthen national security and consolidate the United States' leadership in emerging technologies.
