Agency: US inflation data is expected to be stronger than expected, or rebound for the first time in seven months

The US October CPI data will be released later today, which may stimulate sharp fluctuations in the US dollar and have a significant impact on the market pricing of the Fed's interest rate outlook in the coming months. The market generally expects that the US headline inflation will increase by 2.6% year-on-year in October (previous value: 2.4%), while the core inflation rate will remain at 3.3%. At the same time, the headline and core CPI monthly rates will increase by 0.2% and 0.3% respectively. In predicting the October inflation report, analysts at TD Securities said: "Inflation data should be firmer than the Fed hopes in the short term, reversing some of the recent improvements in the pace of price changes. We expect the headline CPI to rise by 0.29% month-on-month, while the core inflation rate will rise by 0.32% month-on-month.
