Gate Web3 launches Babylon BTC staking (Cap-3) event, with a total prize pool of $50,000 in BTC

Gate Web3 has officially launched the Babylon BTC staking (Cap-3) activity. Starting from BTC block 874088 on December 10, 2024, it will run for 1,000 blocks (about a week). Users can earn points by participating in BTC staking, and after completing all tasks, they are eligible to share $50,000 worth of BTC, and the rewards will be directly distributed to the user's wallet. During the event, all interactive tasks must be completed by connecting to the Gate Web3 wallet. The points distribution rules are as follows: Babylon points are distributed as 100,000 points for each of the first 300 BTC blocks, and 21,000 points for each of the remaining 700 BTC blocks and above. In addition, Gate Web3 Wallet added more than 54,344,471 new wallet addresses in 2024, a 30-fold increase compared to the 1,755,902 new addresses added last year.
