Microsoft halts construction of some OpenAI data centers in Wisconsin

Microsoft (MSFT.O) has suspended construction of part of an artificial intelligence data center in Wisconsin that OpenAI planned to use. Microsoft said it needed to assess the "scope and recent technological changes" and "how this will affect the design of our facilities." (Jinshi)
