Franklin Templeton predicts in a new report that AI agents will revolutionize the way content is generated on social media and play an integral role across industries and platforms.
It adds: "Like today's human influencers, these agents can launch their own brands, products, music, movies, etc., bringing huge economic value to their ecosystems."
However, the report believes that AI agents are still in the early stages of development: "Although these agents are not yet fully autonomous and have little use in their current state, this emerging field may have great prospects and it is worth paying close attention to its development and maturity."
