Sora Ventures takes over board control of HK Asia Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed company

The document, which takes effect on February 12, 2025, marks the company's transition from holding shares to assuming management responsibilities for the company. The new board consists of 12 directors, covering executive, non-executive and independent non-executive positions.
