Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has registered in Seychelles under the International Business Companies Act 2016 to support global expansion plans. At present, Bitget operates in a distributed work mode without a designated headquarters, but has regional centers in key markets such as Asia and Latin America, and plans to set up more regional centers in Europe and Africa in the future. In addition, Bitget plans to increase its recruitment goals. It is expected that the number of employees will increase to 1,200 by the first quarter of 2023, which is an increase of 50% on the basis of the existing scale, in order to better meet user needs and support business growth. So far, Bitget has grown from 450 people in June 2022 to more than 800 people, an increase of 78% within 4 months, and will increase the number of employees by 50% on the existing basis in the first quarter of next year, mainly involving engineers and products, Marketing and branding team members.
