Atkins also personally holds:
$2.5-5 million: RWA tokenization platform Securitize call options
$50,000-100,000: financial technology company Pontoro investment
If the nomination is passed, Atkins promises to divest Patomak shares and Securitize options. Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren has asked him to explain his "relationship with crypto clients such as FTX," while Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis expects him to "promote the clarification of digital asset regulation."
