The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched the MENA region’s first licensed real estate tokenization initiative through the new “Prypco Mint” platform, signaling a major step forward in modernizing property investment across the Middle East and North Africa. According to an announcement by the Dubai Government, the project is being launched in partnership with Prypco Mint, working closely alongside the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), and the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) via the Real Estate Sandbox initiative.
