At least nine members of the House and Senate from Washington have traded more than a dozen different cryptocurrency stocks and assets since last year, according to Capitol Trades, a website that tracks stock trades by lawmakers on Capitol Hill, CNBC reported. Another lawmaker, Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, said during a Senate Agriculture Committee hearing on the FTX minefield that he also holds some crypto assets. Of all 10 offices contacted, only one indicated that it had sold their cryptocurrency holdings following the FTX debacle.
