StarkNet has launched the "protocol change voting" of the first stage of governance, and will vote on the first modification proposal

StarkWare's L2 solution StarkNet has launched the first phase of governance "protocol change voting". The voting process is: the foundation deploys an updated version of StarkNet to Goerli; voters have 6 days to check the upgraded version running on Goerli; if the proposal approved by voters, there will be a 24+ hour delay before the upgrade is applied to the mainnet. In addition, the first proposal to modify the StarkNet protocol will be voted on soon, which will involve whether to upgrade StarkNet Alpha to version 0.11. Voting participants are: token holders, representatives selected by token holders who are willing to delegate their voting rights, representatives elected by the StarkNet Foundation to exercise part of the voting rights, and a professional builders committee established by the StarkNet Foundation.
