Aria Foundation, the Story Ecosystem IPRWA Protocol, was established to promote the iconic IP on-chain economy

Aria announced the establishment of the Aria Foundation, which will oversee the governance of its decentralized protocol and drive the on-chain integration of iconic IP. As the infrastructure for tokenizing IP rights, Aria Protocol has already supported the on-chain transfer of song royalties from artists such as Justin Bieber, BLACKPINK, and BTS, and issued $APL, an IP-based physical asset token. The project closed a $15 million strategic and seed round in September of this year from investors including Polychain Capital, Neoclassic, and Story Foundation. The Aria Foundation will oversee ecosystem resource management, IP asset issuance, and protocol governance, while its subsidiary, Aria Protocol Labs, will provide ongoing technical and ecosystem support.
