Robinhood CEO: The U.S. should take a leading role in crypto policy and support the passage of the Market Structure Act.

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev tweeted that staking is one of the most in-demand features on the Robinhood App, but due to the current impasse, customers in four US states are still unable to use it. The stock token is available to EU customers but has not yet launched in the US market. He believes the US should take a leading role in crypto policy through legislation that protects consumers and unleashes innovation for everyone. He supports the efforts of Congress to pass the Market Structures Act, noting that while work remains, a path has been seen, and that he will assist the BankingGOP and Senate Banking in pushing the bill through.
