FX168财经报社(香港)讯 中国腾讯新闻《潜望》消息，赵长鹏(CZ)所领导的币安集团(Binance)，近几个月里曾对接香港监管部门，且大多数华人背景的加密头部公司都有找人来香港对接监管部门。据悉，加密牌照申请“入门券”至少1亿港元，约1300万美元。
在香港递交加密交易平台申请牌照之前，需要的成本除了管理人员的成本外，绝大部分成本都属于系统技术上，但报道强调：“这只是一张在港申请交易平台牌照的入门券。”此外，在不久的未来，香港还将对外推出有关稳定币牌照的事宜，甚至还在探讨有关多元化虚拟货币衍生品，比如比特币现货ETF等。
正如外媒所披露的，腾讯新闻《潜望》也指出，6月1日原本是香港币圈的大日子，即香港监管部门正式开启香港虚拟资产交易所牌照申请的大门。但这个“历史性时刻”在香港的中环和数码港却几乎没有如此前预料般掀起任何波澜。
据不完全统计，当前已经对外宣布计划在港提交申请虚拟牌照的机构包括不限于：万向集团肖风旗下的HarshKey Pro、疫情期间离开内地并长期居住于新加坡的徐明星旗下的欧易(OKX)、BitgetX，以及Gate交易所、绿地集团等。
按照香港证监会5月25日公布的加密货币牌照申请要求，在6月1日之前原本已经在港有实体运营的公司，可有一年的过渡期来准备申请牌照。这就使得包括OKX等部分只在外地有交易业务的公司，赶在6月1日之前落地香港注册实体公司。
“但是对于新增的玩家来说，在港申请交易所牌照的门槛就高了很多，这也是在政府开闸准许申请牌照的时候，并未激发市场热潮的主要原因，”报道强调。
腾讯新闻《潜望》从不同的信源获悉，过去这几个月中，大多数华人背景的币圈头部公司都有找人来港对接这些监管部门，这其中包括币圈大佬“神鱼”毛世行旗下的钱包公司Cobo，以及赵长鹏的币安集团等。

《华尔街日报》周三(7月5日)指出，币安在欧洲拓展不顺，2022年在巴黎开设了一个地区总部，但情况不如人意。
荷兰和比利时已向币安交易所关闭了大门，欧洲最大经济体德国尚未授予该公司经营许可证。除此之外，作为洗黑钱控制调查的一部分，法国检察官最近搜查了该交易所的办公室。
根据研究公司Kaiko的数据，币安在以欧元计价的加密货币交易中的份额，已经从1月份的逾30%降至15%左右。在FTX倒闭后，监管机构今年调转了风向，对加密交易所的运营进行了更严格的审查。
欧洲监管机构更严厉的立场有可能进一步压缩币安的业务扩展，迫使其愈发依赖亚洲、非洲和拉丁美洲的市场。根据分析机构SimilarWeb在5月份数据，越南、土耳其、印度和阿根廷等国家已经在币安吸引了最高用户流量，不过法国、德国和荷兰也位居前25名之列。
面对这些挫折之际，币安在美国已经遭遇困境，该公司正与美国证监会打官司，同时应对美国司法部进行中的刑事调查。
币安发言人表示，该公司正专注于满足欧盟一项新立法的要求；该立法将覆盖欧盟27个成员国的数字资产公司，预计明年开始生效。与此同时，该发言人强调：“我们将继续努力，积极主动地遵守各项要求。”
