Gordon Ramsay Joins The Metaverse
According to a Medium post, Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen will join the metaverse through a collaboration with The Sandbox. The deal will feature assets like Gordon Ramsay avatars and deliver Hell’s Kitchen culinary experiences to ITV’s LAND in The Sandbox. The partnership will also include Ramsey personally.
The Sandbox will bring its signature world building into the kitchen through an exciting partnership with ITV Studios, bringing the first ever fully complete cooking experience into its developing metaverse. The popular show’s viewers will be able to relive their favorite scenes online.
With features and interactive components created with Ramsey’s involvement, the amazing new venue will take center stage in ITV’s LAND in The Sandbox. As a result, inside its culinary limits, players can create dishes, gather recipes, and engage in gastronomy-based challenges. Building a large stadium will allow fans to win magnificent Hell’s Kitchen rewards and advance to the prestigious position of “Head Chef.”
Hell’s Kitchen is an American reality cooking competition program that debuted in 2005 on Fox and is hosted by Ramsay. Since then, the program has visited 24 different locations.
Two teams of chefs compete each season on the show for the job of head chef in a restaurant. The Sandbox’s collaboration with Hell’s Kitchen marks the arrival of the first platform-exclusive cooking-themed metaverse experience.
