台北地检署于今年4月底宣布结束对ACE交易所的调查，涉及22亿新台币的垃圾币诈骗案件。检察官以组织犯罪、诈欺、洗钱等罪名，起诉包括诈骗团伙主脑林耿宏及ACE交易所前后任负责人潘奕彰、律师王晨桓等32人。对于其中四名主要嫌犯，检方要求判处超过20年的有期徒刑。
在此期间，ACE交易所的运营也面临重大调整。新任负责人廖威智与艾普新能源及宏源投资公司存在关联。据知情人士透露，接手ACE的是一位已退休的传统行业商人，因不希望台湾的任何一家交易所倒闭，进而影响整体产业形象，决定接手ACE并视其为新的挑战。
为配合品牌更名及信托账户的变更，ACE交易所已发布公告，要求用户退还所有台币资产。公告显示，入金功能预计将于2024年11月恢复，具体时间待相关信托账户与凯基银行的合约调整完成后确定。此次调整涉及多项交易对的下架与系统维护，详情如下：
ACE交易所中文官方社群也对用户解释了此次暂停入金的原因，表示由于去年提交的资料有误，需进行补正工作。新信托系统预计在2024年11月启用，届时所有服务将恢复正常。
此外，ACE交易所的品牌已于2024年10月18日正式更名为「润通数位创新股份有限公司」，公司地址变更为忠孝西路1段100号10楼，负责人也调整为廖威智。
