CoinLedger: Cryptocurrency investors will earn $887 on average in 2023

Data from crypto tax software provider CoinLedger shows that in 2023, cryptocurrency investors will earn an average of nearly $900 by selling cryptocurrencies. The net gain was in “significant contrast” to 2022, which saw several cryptocurrency companies collapse and investors lose billions of dollars.
CoinLedger analyzed data from 500,000 users and found that cryptocurrency investors made an average of $887.60 in realized gains in 2023 as the industry began to recover, adding :
“This is a significant improvement compared to 2022, when the median loss for cryptocurrency investors was $7,102.”
CoinLedger CEO David Kemmerer said the results herald a possible recovery in the cryptocurrency market.
“Asset prices in the cryptocurrency ecosystem have plummeted following the collapse of FTX. This latest rebound highlights the resilience of the industry.”

CoinLedger said: “Data supports the assertion that Bitcoin holders are less likely to dispose of their tokens than investors in other cryptocurrencies.”
