In a fusion of nostalgia and cutting-edge technology, Dapper Labs made an announcement revealing the imminent launch of Disney Pinnacle.

This digital pin collecting and trading platform is set to feature beloved characters spanning a century of Disney magic, as well as iconic figures from Pixar and the vast universe of Star Wars heroes and villains.

Each character will be uniquely stylised as tradable digital pins.

Disney Pinnacle is crafted as a socially driven experience, inviting fans into an immersive, secure, and global trading environment.

Roham Gharegozlou, co-founder and CEO of Dapper Labs, shared:

"Disney Pinnacle is an all-new product designed from the ground up to incorporate everything we've learned over the past few years."

He underscores the platform's emphasis on user-friendly interaction, enabling fans worldwide to collect and trade digital pins from the convenience of their phones.

He further elaborated that:

"Fans anywhere will be able to collect dynamic pins on their phone and trade instantly and securely with each other no matter where they are in the world.”

Iconic Pins

Drawing inspiration from the iconic pins available at Disney theme parks, each collectible on Disney Pinnacle embarks on its own distinctive journey.

This design allows collectors to curate personalised assortments through their mobile devices.

The eagerly awaited NFT platform is scheduled to launch later this year, making its debut on the Apple App Store for iOS, the Google Play Store for Android, and the website at www.DisneyPinnacle.com.

Presently, the platform's official page hosts a waitlist and landing site.

Disney Pinnacle operates on the layer-1 blockchain Flow, a creation of Dapper Labs itself.

Notably, Flow has previously been chosen by Ticketmaster for minting NFT event tickets, further establishing its credibility and versatility in the blockchain space.
