香港金融管理局（HKMA）近日更新了其网站，将京东集团旗下的京东币链科技（香港）有限公司纳入沙盒监管项目。这个沙盒项目是香港金管局用来测试加密货币稳定币的实验平台。目前的纳入并不代表已经获得香港金管局的正式认可或稳定币发行牌照。
财联社7月24日报道，京东将在香港发行与港元1:1挂钩的加密货币稳定币。据京东科技集团旗下公司京东币链科技（香港）官网信息，京东稳定币是一种基于公链并与港元（HKD）1:1挂钩的稳定币，将在公共区块链上发行。其储备由高度流动且可信的资产组成，这些资产安全存放于持牌金融机构的独立账户中，通过定期的披露和审计报告，对储备的完整性进行严格验证。
京东币链科技（香港）有限公司 (JINGDONG Coinlink Technology Hong Kong Limited) 是京东旗下的金融公司，专门于2024年3月在香港注册成立，主要业务包括数字货币支付系统和区块链基础设施建设。
此次获得香港金融管理局纳入监管的共有三家公司，分别是京东币链科技、圆币创新科技 (RD InnoTech Limited ) 以及联合申请的渣打银行香港公司、安拟集团 (Animoca Brands Limited) 和香港电讯有限公司。
此次纳入沙盒监管的另外两家公司：
香港金融管理局（HKMA）于2024年3月推出了“沙盒”项目，旨在促进香港稳定币生态系统的可持续和负责任的发展。该项目允许机构在受控环境中测试其商业模式，并促进与监管要求的双向沟通。自2022年1月以来，香港一直在推进稳定币监管框架。金管局的努力最终在2024年7月发布了咨询摘要和立法建议，旨在建立基于风险的、相称的稳定币监管体系。
