Horizon blockchain game platform Sequence has established a partnership with Google Cloud to bring its full-stack Web3 games to cloud users Development Kit.
The goal of the integration is to make it easier for web3 developers to leverage web3 build tools through Google's industry-standard cloud computing platform.
Horizon Blockchain Games launched in 2019 with a $2.75 million seed round. As of its 2022 Series A round, the company has reportedly raised $53.3 million in four funding rounds on the strength of its NFT/trading card game "Skyweaver" and technology stack.
Sequence is a "uniquely complete" full-stack Web3 developer platform, providing tools covering wallets and accounts, markets, smart contract management, analytics, indexers, relays, node gateways, and tools for Plugins for Unity, Unreal, Web and Mobile.
New partnership with Google Cloud will feature full-stack integration of the Sequence development platform.
Jack Buser, director of strategic industry games at Google Cloud, said in a press release that Sequence will simplify the game creation process for developers:

Sequence President and COO Greg Canessa said the overall goal of the platform has always been to allow developers to "focus on making great games without having to understand the complexities of Web3."
