Meanwhile, some Democratic lawmakers are actively pushing to restart negotiations to achieve a bipartisan text before the hearing. The crypto market structure bill seeks to establish a federal regulatory framework for digital assets, clarifying the regulatory roles of the SEC and CFTC and outlining related disclosure requirements.
