Akave Secures $6.65 Million in Seed Funding for Decentralized Cloud Storage

Decentralized cloud storage provider Akave has announced the completion of a $6.65 million seed funding round. According to Odaily, the investment was led by CVP NLH Advisors, Protocol Labs, No Limit Holdings, Blockchain Builders Fund, Big Brain Holdings LLC, Avalanche Foundation, and Filecoin Foundation. Akave Cloud is built on the Layer 1 blockchain Avalanche and aims to support enterprises running data-intensive AI and analytics workloads. The newly acquired funds will primarily be used to expand sales and marketing efforts.
