Ethereum Address Poisoning Losses Surge Post-Fusaka Upgrade

Ethereum address poisoning losses have significantly increased following the Fusaka upgrade, according to NS3.AI. A researcher reported that losses rose from $4.9 million before the upgrade to $63.3 million afterward. The study also found that the daily volume of poisoning transactions increased from approximately 30,000 to 167,000 after gas costs were reduced by six-fold. Additionally, recent losses after the study period contributed nearly $900,000 from 91 victims by March 9.
