Hony Culture Group Signs 5-Year Cooperation Deal With Chinese Academy Of Sciences Institute

Hony Culture Group (00419) said it has signed a five-year cooperation agreement with the Institute of Mechanics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, according to ETNet. The two sides plan to work on robot operating mechanisms in complex environments, spatial intelligence, simulation and inference, multi-robot coordination, scenario data closed loops and commercialization of research results. The group said the collaboration will focus on service robots and related smart equipment in communities, commercial properties, industrial parks, hotels and logistics settings, with the aim of building a replicable technical system, engineering standards, evaluation methods and demonstration outcomes. The partnership will also include a joint robot operations laboratory, joint technology development, a robot intelligent operations platform, an application research and development platform, research into spatial intelligence and robotics, technology transfer and industrial coordination, as well as talent training and academic exchange.
