Currently, the stock market appears to be at a crossroads. The S&P 500 index has recorded its weakest monthly gain since March, and September is historically its worst-performing month. Lee, who has been bullish on U.S. stocks, anticipates a 5% to 10% decline in the S&P 500 this fall, followed by a rebound to between 6800 and 7000 points.
