台积电暂停高端芯片供应，疑涉算能科技转供华为
近日，晶圆代工龙头台积电发现有客户涉嫌违反美国芯片出口禁令，疑似作为“白手套”角色将芯片转售给中国科技巨头华为，已停止向该客户供货。据悉，这一客户为比特大陆旗下芯片设计公司算能科技（Sophgo），但算能科技已发布声明否认此事。
