BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes said on X that U.S. dollar liquidity has fallen by about $300 billion over the past few weeks, mainly due to a roughly $200 billion increase in the U.S. Treasury General Account (TGA). He added that the government may be building up cash reserves
