Tether is broadening its operational scope as it transitions from a cryptocurrency infrastructure provider to a diversified group. According to NS3.AI, the company currently manages approximately 140 investments and employs around 300 staff members. In line with its strategic growth phase, Tether plans to recruit an additional 150 employees. This expansion is being supported by new leadership, including Chief Financial Officer Simon, who is instrumental in guiding the company's growth strategy.
