Crypto Market Sees Significant Liquidations in 24 Hours

According to CoinGlass data, the past 24 hours have witnessed significant liquidations across the crypto market, affecting 129,160 traders with a total liquidation amount of $585 million. According to Odaily, long positions accounted for $111 million of the liquidations, while short positions saw a larger impact with $474 million. The largest single liquidation occurred in the BTC-USD trading pair on Hyperliquid, valued at $10.4154 million. This marks the first time in nearly a month and a half that short position liquidations have surpassed those of long positions.
