OmniPact Secures $50 Million for Decentralized Trust Protocol Development

OmniPact has successfully raised $50 million in a private funding round aimed at advancing its decentralized trust protocol for peer-to-peer transactions. According to NS3.AI, the newly acquired capital will be allocated towards the development of the mainnet, cross-chain integration, and the deployment of a decentralized arbitration module. A substantial portion of the funds will also be used for security audits and the launch of a testnet, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, the company plans to expand its engineering team to enhance features related to real-world asset and AI agent transactions.
