According to NS3.AI, the project has attracted interest from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), with potential financial backing of up to $900 million and $700 million, respectively. Financial Times reported that Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump gained exposure to Skyline through American Ventures in 2025, connecting them to the entity behind this proposed venture.
