Caller Posing as U.S. Bank Representative Steals $25,000 from Account

Robert Coleman reported that earlier this month, an individual impersonating a U.S. Bank representative managed to withdraw $25,000 from his account. According to NS3.AI, the caller used a spoofed phone number to deceive Coleman and obtained access after he provided a verification code.
