Songdu Services Subscribes To Hillstone OFC Sub-Fund For $4.5 Million

Songdu Services (09608) said it signed a subscription agreement and form with Hillstone OFC today to subscribe to a sub-fund for a total of $4.5 million, according to ETNet. The group said the fund will be used solely for investment purposes. Its directors said the subscription could help balance and diversify the group's portfolio, make use of idle cash and provide potential capital appreciation, while reducing direct investment risk through the manager's professional management.
