据 CoinDesk 援引消息人士报道，比特币矿企 PrimeBlock 的首席执行官取消了与 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II（VCXA）的 SPAC 上市计划，此外其 LinkedIn 个人资料显示也已从 PrimeBlock 离职。Foresight News 此前报道，4 月份 PrimeBlock 确定将与特殊目的收购公司 (SPAC) 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II 合并上市，估计企业价值为 12.5 亿美元。
