According to Odaily, Microstrategy's Executive Chairman, Michael Saylor, recently shared data highlighting the company's impressive investment performance since adopting a Bitcoin strategy. Since August 10, 2020, Microstrategy has achieved an annualized return of 124%, surpassing all major asset classes. This performance is based on data from Factset as of December 11. During the same period, Bitcoin itself has delivered a strong annualized return of 64%. In comparison, major technology companies such as Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla have collectively achieved a return of 31%. The S&P 500 index has seen a 15% return, while real estate investments have yielded 10%. Gold has provided a modest return of 7%, and bonds have underperformed with a negative return of 5%. This data underscores the significant impact of Microstrategy's strategic decision to incorporate Bitcoin into its investment portfolio, highlighting its ability to outperform traditional and technology-focused investments over the past few years.
