MetaPlanet Aims to Expand Bitcoin Holdings by 2025

According to PANews, Japanese hotel development and management company MetaPlanet plans to increase its Bitcoin holdings to over 10,000 by 2025, aspiring to become one of the top ten Bitcoin-holding companies globally. By the end of 2024, the company already possesses 1,762 Bitcoins, valued at approximately $262 million. MetaPlanet is actively acquiring Bitcoin through the issuance of stocks and bonds, positioning it as a core asset in its financial management strategy. Additionally, the company intends to transform its hotel brand into 'Bitcoin Hotels' and launch 'Bitcoin Magazine Japan' to promote Bitcoin education and awareness.
